When disaster strikes, you want help-a calm, caring, knowledgeable voice at the other end of the phone that can help expedite your claim. Businesspeople also need professional help to monitor their claims and manage their ongoing risks.

We are here to do just that. Our experienced claim specialists are your advocates. We coordinate the claims reporting process between carriers and client and review all claims where insurers have declined coverage. Additionally, we:

  • Provide claims activity data.

  • Monitor reserves monthly.

  • Review all changing reserve activity.

  • Monitor claims involving clients who are not at fault to ensure they move quickly through the system and audit claims and reserve information.
